Launching Meeting in Berlin, Nov. 11, 2011, 9.30 – 18.00

9.30                      Welcome
10.00       Introduction of each organisation (10 min each, please bring flyers and other material to share)
11.30       Checking our Grundtvig grant regulations
12.00       Update of our workplan incl. update on recent developments/changes in the partner organisations since Feb 2011 which might have an impact on our work plan,
12.30       Contribution of each partner to the project (blog, best practices, dissemination activities etc.)

14.00        Introducing best practices and stakeholders in law-related education:

1. From Berlin main train station (Hauptbahnhof):
Ø       Take any S-Bahn going east to station  „Alexanderplatz“ (3rd stop)
Ø       take either tram/streetcar M2 from station „Alexanderplatz“ to 6th stop „Prenzlauer Allee/Danziger Straße“, then walk 5 min
Ø       or take Metro U2 from Alexanderplatz to station  “Eberswalder Straße”, then walk 10 min

2. From Tegel Airport:
Take the airport bus TXL either to station „Alexanderplatz“ (40 minutes ride) or to station “Hauptbahnhof” (20 minutes ride), then follow directions above.

3. From Schönefeld Airport:
Take any S-Bahn (you might have to change at station “Baumschulenweg” or Treptower Park” or Regional Train (direct) going to „Alexanderplatz“ (30-40 minutes ride), then follow directions above.
Here are some suggestions, all not more than 10 min walking distance from our meeting location and with good public transport connection:
1) A hip hostel-hotel in a former factory buiding ,, Single rooms from 49 Euro (10 minutes walk to the meeting room)
2) A small family-run pension (5 min walk), single room with breakfast from 49 Euro,
3) A youth hostel (dorm bed from 22 Euro, single room from 59 Euro) also just 5 min walk away
4) a nice old-school hotel:, single room from. 100 Euro
